Finally, we’ll talk about food sustainability with Kevin Vaccarello from Sustain Hawaii, Fred Lau from Mari’s Gardens, and Marty Matlock from the Univ of Arkansas. From soil-less farming to setting metrics, how will we measure success as we move forward?
