We kick off the show with a couple of news guests. Sheryl Matsuoka from Oahu Online Business is here to tell us about an upcoming meetup. Then Kelsey Amos from the Purple Maia Foundation will preview their upcoming student workshops to build mobile apps. Finally, after the break, we’ll find out about the Age-Friendly Initiative. We have Gary Nakata from DCS, City and County of Honolulu, Barbara Kim Stanton from AARP Hawaii, and Cullen Hayashida from the Saint Francis, Liliha Kupuna Village to discuss how we can make our cities “age friendly.”
