First off, the HiPlan business plan competition is open to individuals or groups (for-profit or non-profit) whose business plan focuses on developing startup or expanding a business based on Hawaii Island. The purpose of the Competition is to stimulate development of an entrepreneurial ecosystem on Hawaii Island. A grand prize of $25,000 in seed money will be awarded to the winning plan, 2019. Deadline to apply is Sept 7

First up, the Indigenous Technology Prototype Showcase is taking place on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at the Impact Hub. You will be able to check out 12 technology concepts creating value for our community and the Ê»Äina.
